I became a photographer the day it dawned me that I would never be able to cease the compulsory need to physically capture every fleeting moment. An annoyance to some, but a daily way of life for me.
Ever since I can remember, my view of the world has been one of individual moments of beauty. Sights and scenes that flirt with the eyes, begging me to capture them, to freeze them in order
to SHARE with the world,
Photographs are my language.
I use them to visually speak to others. To show a new and interesting perspective of an otherwise unnoticed world. So many people I meet want to know how long I've been a photographer. My answer has always been "my whole life". It was never a choice.
The day I became 'a photographer' was the day I realized I needed to embrace my artistic quirkiness, the essence of my being, and create a career that would thrill me for the rest of my life. A career I could never get sick of. One that I would work hard at every single day to better myself and one that would make a huge difference in as many peoples' lives as possible.
